Teak Surface Board
21mm imported Teak hardwood with tongue & groove joints and finger-locked edges for maximum strength and durability.
Pine Runner Frame
70×45mm anti-termite treated pine runners securely fixed to create a stable sprung flooring system.
Air Cushion Pads
High-density EPDM rubber pads positioned at 350×350mm centres for superior shock absorption and player comfort.
Vapour Barrier
Moisture barrier installed over the levelled IPS sub-floor before laying the runner frame.
Finish & Line Marking
Machine sanded, court line markings applied, and sealed with premium water-based PU lacquer for a durable finish.

WORKMANSHIP

50% advance payment and 50% balance on delivery of materials at the project site.
NOT COVERED
Misuse, sub-floor moisture, natural expansion or contraction, water damage, and termite infestation after installation.
KEEPING YOUR TEAK COURT IN SHAPE
ON COURT
- Use only non-marking sports shoes or gym shoes.
- No coloured soles, spikes, heels, or studded shoes.
- No smoking, food, drinks, tables, or heavy equipment on the court.
- Keep entrance mats clean to reduce dust and grit.
CLEANING
- Dry broom or microfiber dust mop every day.
- Wet mop once a month using a soft microfiber mop.
- Use only pH-neutral wood floor cleaners.
- Never use water jets, steam cleaners, or hard brushes.
