03 • HOW WE WORK

FROM ORDER TO OPENING SMASH

WORK ORDER
Site inspection, measurements and project planning begin once the work order is confirmed and the sub-floor is ready.

FRAME & CUSHION
Anti-termite treated pine runners are installed with high-density EPDM cushion pads to create the sprung flooring system.

BOARD & LOCK
Imported maple boards are laid using tongue & groove joints with expansion gaps maintained around the perimeter.

SAND & FINISH
The surface is machine sanded, badminton court markings are applied and sealed with premium water-based PU lacquer.

Materials

Genuine imported Maple wood with anti-termite treated pine runners and premium EPDM cushion pads.

Workmanship

Installation defects are corrected within 30 days of notification, subject to inspection.

Payment

50% advance payment and the remaining 50% on delivery of materials at the project site.

Not Covered

Misuse, accidental damage, natural expansion or contraction, moisture damage, and termite infestation after installation.

KEEPING YOUR MAPLE COURT IN SHAPE

ON COURT

  • Use only non-marking sports shoes or gym shoes.
  • Avoid colored soles, spikes, heels, or studded footwear.
  • No smoking, food, drinks, or tables on the playing surface.
  • Place protective mats at entrances to reduce dust.

CLEANING

  • Dry broom or microfiber dust mop every day.
  • Wet mop once a month using a soft microfiber mop.
  • Use only pH-neutral wood floor cleaner.
  • Do not use water jets, steam cleaners, or hard brushes.
